We perform automatic daily system snapshots of your server and retain them for 7 days. These are intended for disaster recovery (restoring the whole server to a previous state). This is not a file-level backup service; you cannot browse and pick individual files to restore. To request a full server rollback to a specific date within the last week, please contact our support team. We strongly advise keeping your own separate off-site backups for critical data.
