If you have a technical issue with your hosting account please try to explain the situation with as much details as possible. Provide your User ID, source of the problem (URL...) and explain how we can replicate the problem

Please note that we concentrate support activities on our paid services. We may provide support for the free hosting, but there is absolutely no guarantee. Support for free hosting is our last priority. If you need proper support, please get one of our paid packages.
